KPMG (Prototype of AR Exhibit)

My Contribution:

• Co-managed the product and project management responsibilities to ensure that we followed project milestones to deliver the final prototype efficiently.

• Focused on the project from a product management perspective, created and managed the project backlog, and ensured that the project was on the right track by asking relevant questions to the team and the client.

• Contributed and reviewed various documentation, like the project and team charter for the final delivery.

• Planned weekly ice-breaker activities on most Mondays to create better connections within the team.

• Worked on the process documentation to detail the project from the team, project and process weekly.

• Worked with the team to ensure that the client was aligned with our vision and understood the development process.

• Brainstormed with the team to come up with ideas for the 3D models for the overall experience.

• We gained hands-on experience with AR development and identified the most suitable framework for our objectives.
